You guys keep talking horsepower which doesn't mean a damn when
your talking about autocrossing! How much torque does the M3 produce and what
rpm ?
mediocre torque at high rpm is going to give you high horsepower numbers but
not
a fast autocross car. Its torque that accelerates you off a corner. FYI a
good BSP
L-98 Corvette will produce between 360 and 390 ft lb of torque at the rear
wheels between 3000 and 4000 rpm and at least 300 ft lb. from 2000 rpm to
4800 rpm.
Unfortunately with the exception of the Marina, Mather and the McClellan
concrete pads most of the BSP Corvettes just smoke the tires at other SFR
sites. FWIW
