Nice try Navid, but that excuse doesn't work when you can change to a fresh
set of fast tires *in between* runs...

The ever-handy corded/worn down tire excuse always works for me. But
seriously, has anyone heard anything about the new Kumho V700 DOT tires? I
saw and ad in GRM about them coming soon. The tread pattern looked very
different from the current tire.
