no he doesnt.  hehe there are even cars that he has signed saying
"authorized cobra replica".  in fact there are FFR cars with his sig on
them!

he probably has to make some show about his copyright because of the
replicas he is building now- the investors would require it i imagine, but
it has been way way too long to revive a copyright battle.  by about 25
years.

the shelby replicas are pretty nice, but they are still replicas and aside
from getting a CSX number at a huge premium in price are nothing special.
