I can suggest where you should _not_ take the car -- Cochran &
Celli Mazda in Oakland. The interior fan in my RX-7 broke a few
years ago and they "fixed" it under warranty. That is, they
misdiagnosed the problem, broke it worse than it was, broke other
parts on the car including the fuse box, then blamed me for
breaking the parts they broke, and finally didn't fix it right
until I contacted Mazda of North America customer service. I
wouldn't let them get within spitting distance of any car.
I have heard good things about Almaden and Oaktree Mazda in San
Jose. My personal experience there was decent. They provided a
TSB recall service to the same car with no hassles and did it
right the first time.
