Yah, the Panoz is pretty fast but it sure ain't no Formula car.
Doesn't seem like it belongs in BM. When I said "HUH?" to Howard
he basically said, yes it's silly but those are the rules, your
local group may give you a more realistic category. So it looks
like OSP for me.
