It doesn't matter what your assumption or mine is. The point of the matter
is that the course isn't getting worked. I'll repeat what I've said before
- every person out there has demonstrated the motivation, initiative, and
capacity to get registered, get their car teched, find the grid, and
navigate the course.
Now tell me again why they can't be expected to use those same abilities to
fulfill their responsibility to the other drivers?
