There was a FasTrack notice earlier this year that under-100/over-100 number
separation wasn't being used for National events any longer, so I figured
that was the case here as well. I did include a two-digit number as one of
my options, so I figured Ralph chose to allow the three-digit, since that's
what got posted. (shrug) I'll drop him a line. Thanks. (I can't do the
Hail Mary's as I have this tendency to burst into flame whenever I try to
pray...)
