Just got my Miata back from the body shop today. And while she doesn't look
perfect, she does look more or less as she did before the accident. She
still doesn't drive quite the same, but an alignment will fix that.
Thankfully, there was no frame damage done.
Big thanks to Peggy Hale, who recommended the shop I took my car to; not
only did they deliver my car when promised, but they were able to squeeze
almost $300 off their orignial estimate. And I'm pleased with the work
they've done.
Also, thanks to Chris Herring for letting me borrow his Miata for last
week's event at CandleCom. Chris, you're welcome to borrow my car for an
event if you need to, but you're going out first ;)
And thanks to all of you who responded to my original post for body shop
recommendations. I did visit nearly all of them (wound up with 5 estimates
before I took my car in).
