I agree with everything that Craig stated. You have to limit the event at some 
point otherwise you are cheating the people already there. The best autox I've 
been to was my first one at the Petaluma fairgrounds with the Redwood Empire 
with all of 25 people. I believe a guest chair would have been very helpful, 
someone to do the drivers meetings and make sure we Keith and I were doing our 
jobs. All in all it was a blissful chore and my feet still hurt ;)
