Tire Rack delivered the wrong tires to me last
Tuesday, a quick phone call resulted in a promise of
FedExing them to me the next day. Of course they
didn't arrive and still haven't (last seen in
Chicago..).
When I started to think about it I seem to have had
really bad luck with these guys over the last few
years, in fact every order I can remember has been
screwed up (3 last year) and again summer of '98. I
can't remember any further back. They apologize
profusely, but that's not the same as having the $%^
tires.
Anyone else have such problems?
I like Tire rack's potential - i.e. their website is
great and I can order tires from wherever I am on the
planet without having to spend and hour going to and
from America's Tire or wherever. But it's no time
saving if they don't deliver.
