Well, you have a valid complaint. But then I don't really feel sorry for
anyone who HAS to use the PAX index to achieve success. I've long been in
favor of heads-up competition by class.
That AAS has chosen to make the former A Prepared into a PAX class
called Prepared 1 is, IMHO, most unfortunate.
That AAS uses PAX for anything is, IMHO, the wrong way to go. But
since I'll probably run fewer than 50% of AAS' events, it's probably no big
deal.
PS: Have you taken a good look at ALL the local classes that seem
to have popped up in SFR? We have more local classes than I ever recall
voting for (or against).
