REI and Any Mountain had a pretty good deals running on Columbia rain gear a
couple weeks ago. I think I spent a total of $50 for pants and a jacket.
Good, durable stuff, too.
That event at the Stick is what prompted me to buy rain gear. Good thing I
had it for the monsoon event out at Mathur.

evidence for dismissal)
Arie,
I'm using a cheap ($19.95) suite from K-Mart and it served me well for a
couple of years. I finally tore the pants in a couple of spots. I think any
inexpensive suite will do the job. I saw rain suites in Costco. It maybe
worth checking out.
BTW the latest forecast is a lot more promising.
Boris.
