*NO so many years ago, Indy Region was put on probation due to running 
events at IRP, with having little if any pylons.

Most of the cars then were not reaching 85 mph as it was run......and 
that was determined to be contrary to the philosophy of Solo II.

The rulebook has siad in the definition, driving in the lower gears for 
years, but it truly does not describe what we are doing.......
