Seen it. Used it in my courses on occasion. Optional which side you go past
the center cone, right?
It's called a bowtie.
We've found that if you spread it enough to meet SCCA standards, you need a
row 3-4 cones wide (no space between them) in the center to make it a
worthwhile device.
