Folks, I'm not quite sure why there is even a discussion here. It's up to
the competitors to police their own class. If somebody has a problem with
the guys CF hood, they approach the offender and discuss it. If they feel
they're not getting anywhere, they protest the results. The people handling
the protest have an easy solution, DSQ. If the competitors have a
reasonable conversation with the person and they're nice about it, they may
choose not to protest.
It's a local competition, which is even more reason that the offender should
simply cooperate and apollogize for being ignorant of the rules.
