Actually the DP maximum weight is raised to 2300# and the minmium raised to
1100#.
And this only affects DP, the weight formulas in EP and FP stay the same as
well as the other items previously approved by the BOD (wheels, fuel
injection, etc.).
Oh yeah, the weight adder for multivalve engines in BP is dropped.
