In a new regulation passed by the club's BoD,
any SCCA Region has exclusive rights to any Solo sites
within their charter boundaries. To use a site in
another Region's territory, written permission must
be obtained. The impact of the prior restraint of
trade imposed by this rule on site owners shall
be ignored; and the efforts of outsiders who obtained
said site for Solo II use shall be nullified.
This regulation also applies to any TSD / Pro Rally
activity - if ANY road on ANY portion of ANY rally
passes into the territory of another Region, written
permission must be obtained from the Region that
owns said road, hereby nullifying the concept of 'public'
highways.
This regulation has been designated the 'Lirpa Loof'
rule, to commemorate and honor the Director that authored
it.
