At this point I would just add that I've been to the facility and unless
a LOT has changed
since Late October, the "on site Buildings" are a 25' office trailer, a
restroom trailer with
8? "rooms" that can't have water to the sinks or piped to it from his
well. (not allowed)
The "Paddock buildings" are less substantial than you see in your
average apartment building
as their "covered parking". These are Construction grade Galvanized
Steel "Flat roofs"
with no sides, etc.
As the site is significantly smaller (half size or less) than the other
racetracks around, I don't see
that any runaway commercialism was the intent.
