The jury didn't buy his "twisted Twinkie defense" and convicted him of
manslaughter, reckless driving, running a stop sign and speeding. He'll
be sentenced Jan. 20. The manslaughter charge, alone, carries up to 10
years in prison. He's resigning his house seat.
