Small air compressors for home garage air tools?

Are little compressors like this:

adequate for home use just wrenching around on cars?  The standard for  
air tools seems to be 4cfm@90psi, but I don't know how much capacity is  
necessary to keep them going.  Say if you were running around changing  
all four wheels, 40 lug off/on cycles, would something like this handle  
it?
