DON"T spray any lubricant on your clutch unless you plan on replacing it.
Look under the car while someone pushes on the pedal to be sure the slave
cylinder is actually pushing in the throwout bearing, and peel back the
cylinder boot to be sure the cylinder is not leaking, the inside of the boot
should be dry. If the slave cylinder is operating properly and you haven't
been able to break the disk free by engine power, you will probably have to
dissasemble the clutch, then use a putty knife to free the disk from
whatever part it's stuck to, the flywheel or the pressure plate, then clean
that metal surface with emery paper, ~ 180 grit. Emery paper is black with a
cloth back don't use sandpaper designed for wood. LIGHTLY lube the
transmission input shaft splines and the pressing surface of the throwout
bearing with wheel bearing grease or white molly grease while it's apart.
DON'T get any lubricant on the face of the flywheel, pressure plate or
clutch disk!
