Primer on autox course terminology?

Hi,

I'm looking for a primer on the terminology used to
describe various cone setups.  For example, I've heard
people refer to "Chicago box", "clam shell",
"sweeper", etc., but I haven't been able to find
anything on the net that defines these terms or gives
a visual representation of them.  Does anyone know of
any sources available on this subject?
