Bolt pattern interchange charts?

Would someone be so kind as to send me the link to any online bolt pattern
interchange charts?  You know, the charts that tell which manufacturer's
wheels can potentially fit onto another manufacturer's car?  You know, like
all 5x100 VW wheels will fit onto a 5 bolt Neon and so on and so forth.

Charts including bolt patterns, hub diameters and offsets would just be the
coolest thing ever.
