Check out "Live For Speed" at (what else) www.liveforspeed.com. Its the
best driving game I've ever experienced. This is something cobbled together
by some previously unknown coders in Europe and it rocks. Its not in
stores. You can download the demo, and use a credit card or paypal to
unlock the full version features.
Here's the best part: The full version has an autocross editor!! You can
design your own courses on one very large L shaped flat parking lot. I
think they could have made the editor easier to use, IMO its a little
tedious to design a large course, but hey - it exists and thats a hell of an
improvement over what we had before (nothing). Anyway check it out, I
recommend it.

Any video game designers on this list? If so I have some good ideas on what
could be in an autocross game. If you are one,email back and I'll give you
some ideas and maybe my ideas will help you make the 1st,I think and best
autocross game ever.
Hopefully there is a video game designer so that maybe we create a game
for any autocrossers especially here in the east that don't autocross in the
winter and late fall,and we would be able to so on this video game in the
