Did you get rid of that CRX?
As far as a Cat.. I posted a while back about this.. and basically you have
to replace the cat with a OEM equivalent cat. Will a "High Flow" one be
illegal? Not 100% sure on that, but it could be perceived as an advantge.
You have to get one with a flow equivalent to the OEM cat.
That is unless things have changed recently..
