We already have class names that mean nothing. Stock isn't stock and
hasn't been. Street Prepared, isn't legally speaking, street legal and
hasn't been. Prepared is just an excuse for running slicks.
Mod, well I can't say with the certainty of experience, but clearly they
all had too much fun in the Seventies, (one pill makes you larger & one
pill makes you small & the ones your mother gives you don't do anything
at all.) If you know the next line to that you ARE qualified to run in
Mod.
Me & Brown Car just like slicks, Rocky's probably still in P because his
car matches the fire hydrants in Salina. Some SP guys actually like
trailering a 7 year old car that's only got 4000 miles. And as you all
know in my world stock should be stock, no ifs ands or shocks. In Mod,
again, they're mostly singing songs about ganja and hoping the Visine
worked. (Go ask Alice, I think she'll know.)
So maybe, right, wrong, good or bad, there's a home for everybody. And
we just don't know it. The existing rules may or may not be convienent
all the time for all of us, but we do spend a lot of Sunday's together.
