I opined:
Actually all kidding aside, the SP/ST/SM should be about 7 to 8
(i.e. match the stock "segment"). P & M are another story, but in
the grand scheme, The reformulated SMPT should be also a combo of
the P & M crowd. It would be an ugly transition. But for the
overall health of the non-stock classes a realignment of major
proportions (bring them into the 21st century). The outcry would
be large, and indeed enough to stop a reorg that large. But this
world be like when Rocky asks in the "Spotlight" articles "if you
were
King for a day..."
