Well, there are other contingency programs out there.

Falken:
    Falken has sponsorship, but no discussion as to what kind of sponsorship
    they have.  Their website states to email sponsorship@falkentire.com for
    info.

Kumho:
    Contingency information is available on their website.
       http://www.kumhousa.com/Racing/SCCA/contingency.asp

Toyo:
    Toyo has a "team program" that mortals can register for, but their
    requirements kinda suck.  Basicly, you need to be a magazine or
    other group doing a project car.

There are probably others, but those are the ones I could find in the
last 30 seconds.
