ProSolo Season Forecasts

Since we've have three events from western, central and eastern US, it seemed
soon enough to post some forecasts like I did last year.
Forecasts can be found at PonyCar.Net

The National Tours have had so many weather issues, I haven't incorporated
that yet. Or P.R.O. events. It's a ToDo Item.
