I had no problem putting the 19 mm nut on, by the way. The Kosei doesn't
have any walls around the holes to need a thin walled adapter. You can get
a close look at the Kosei at the link below, it's big, so watch out modem
users.

Unfortunately, not safely. The stock lugs are acorn shaped. Typical for a
Honda, but the rest of the world generally uses a 60 degree tapered shaped
lug.
