Cendiv Subaru series schedule changes

We finally have a solution to the Cendiv schedule for 2003.  The 
following changes will be made...

   June 7-8    National Tour @ Toledo NWOR
   June 21-22    Subaru Series event @ Oscoda Detroit Region
   Oct 4-5    Subaru Series event @ Rantoul Central Illinois Region

Thanks to all for making this work, the CIR and DET regions along with 
the Cendiv committee!
