How come there has been no mention of this "Precision Racing Organization"
here that I've seen?
What's the deal with this?

I'm pretty confused as to why it's even happening, and even more confused by
it's rules, etc.?  Maybe I haven't searched their site well enough, but I'm
baffled as to how it works.
