Dear Team.Net'ers-
Dixie Region was recently booted off... Er, Umm, I mean, "Asked not to
return" to our long-time autocross site at the Tallahassee Airport. We've
been trying to resolve whatever problems caused the Airport Authority folks
to ask us to discontinue using this site, so as to go back to our regular
schedule, especially since the 16th Annual Allies-vs-Axis event is coming
up soon, in December.
One issue that they have raised with us was the lack of a "contract"
between the Region and the Airport for the use of the site. We want to put
together a contract for them, and present it at a meeting we're trying to
arrange in the next week or so. In order to expedite writing up this
contract and to avoid re-inventing this particular wheel, I am hoping some
of you, Dear Readers, can share with us such a document that your Region
has used, and we can shamelessly copy it... Er, Uh... I mean "Use it as a
template." (Yeah, that's what I meant.)
Seriously, folks, if you know of such a document and can email it to me as
an attachment, or as text for that matter, I would greatly appreciate it,
and it would help us get back on track (literally) in Dixie Region. Please
reply directly, as I get the digest.
