Neon headgasket, resolution?

Stopped by the Chrysler / Jaguar dealer. 

Talked with service manager and his offer was we split it fifty/fifty
with my side not to exceed $150 - $200 bucks or he'd sell me the gasket
kit and belts for $150. They're doing the work on Tuesday.
