Nationals paddock?

Ok, I've looked on the web page, and I can't find a schedule or anything 
else that says.

When does the paddock open?

I'm planning on arriving sometime Sunday, and I'd love to have my 
luggage rack and the tires safely on site as early as possible (rather 
than on or in the car in the hotel parking lot...)
