I've added results for all divisionals for **nationals entrants** to the
calculations.
The display now includes columns displaying all 24 NT, Pro and Divisionals
completed this year that contributed to the forecast. So you can now see which
event determined a particular person's forecast for nationals.
To greatly speed up web page load time, classes are listed on individual pages
and those entered are separated from those not yet entered.
