Something that I thought of this morning, don't know if it would work but
thought I would throw it out there.....
Assign all of the priority folks to the first row or two. After that look
at last years entries by division and split up the spaces proportionally by
division. Each year, the division spaces could be rotated so that no one
division is out in the south forty every year. I know that I am a more
comfortable with getting close, moving and squeezing folks in that I know
from my division. Now if I show up on Tuesday I can just find my division
and squeeze in rather then being isolated in no mans land cuz I got there
late.
I guess that there would also have to be a overflow area for the exceptions.
Just a thought
