   Do you really mean "no changes" above, for SS?  If so, why do you think
owners migrating from SS to ST are going to forgo all of the current
allowances?  People are just going to stop wanting big front sway bars,
light wheels, and open exhausts?

   Do you think any National level competitor is going to run stock ( 7
year old ) shocks with free springs?

   And 5 minutes after that allowance is in the book, the call will be
heard for a "streetable" stock category to replace Stock.
