SCCA's rules are also driven by memeber feedback, in every venue. Just in
autocross, SCCA has to support the SEB, SCAC, SPAC, PAC, MAC, Solo Safety
Committee, and the Street Touring/mod committee. All of these committees
have to meet through conference calls (which costs money) to go over all the
letters and emails from members which are probably organized by staff
members in the Solo department (which costs money), which have to have a
place to work in (which cos...you get the idea.)
Boost the membership of your club by tens of thousands, and see how well you
do with your current level of membership dues.
I will give your club credit for taking the time to put together your own
set of autocross rules.
