A GSL-SE will get beaten, a GSL will get soundly beaten, and you don't even
have an LSD, so in ES, you have very little chance of doing well,
unfortunately... And CSP requires a lot of $$$...
OR go to FP and spend double $$$, but at least you can be fairly
competitive there.
If you do go CSP, you'll need the GSL-SE rear end. Then install a Miata
Torsen in place of the clutch pack LSD. And if you do put in the GSL-SE
rear you'll now have two different lug spacings (front & rear), so you'll
need to buy wheels in twos or convert the front while you're at it. Can
you see the money flow yet?
Maybe drive it on the street and find a better stock Solo 2 car?

I concur. If you WANT and LOVE to drive the RX-7, then do so with a good
reality check. Even if you don't have a Lady co-driver, paint the L on the
car. 8^)
