it's not far at all :) As for hotels around Gateway, I can't think of any.

Ok, I know it's a ways off. But, I was looking into the hotel situation. Is
there anything close to the raceway? Are there any proposed "Event Hotels?"
Is there anything within 15min of the site, that is nicer than the usual
event hotels? I may have to stay downtown to find a nice hotel. Am I about
right at figuring a 30min drive from the heart of dowtown to the track?
There are some StL locals on here isn't there? Or anyone familiar with East
StL? I know enough to stay out.
