Not haveing a dB meter handy, coupled with the fact that it sounds like the
sound limit will be somewhat subjective, can anyone give some guidelines to
what might pass / fail. The weedeaters, er I mean Formula Cars are
obviously a concern. What about "normal" cars. An uncorked CP car? A high
strung 4 banger?
For reference, mine is a Civic running a straight pipe from the header to a
cherry bomb, and then a turn down. I don't want to show up and be too loud,
but I also don't want to put a different exhaust on for 1 event. Any
guidance?
