Steve,
It is my understanding that the pro racing budget started the year in deficit
mode. In other words, the powers that be knew it going in. What surprises me,
if true, is why wasn't the plan in place to figure where to draw the funds
from instead of scratching our heads at the end of the year to make up the
deficit?
It will also be paid back over the course of 2002 as an interest free loan.
Let's just say I have some insider information.
