Revised 2002 PAX/RTP Index

The 2002 PAX/RTP Index has been revised to include two new classes.
STX and Spec Formula Junior.

The new numbers and index archives dating back to 1994 can be found at
http://www.scca-chicago.com/solo/indexes/rtp02.html

Note: STR has been dropped.
