Well, it "should" be
Radius * 2pi/360 * toe (degrees)
because you are converting the degrees to radians and using
the small angle approximation that the sine of an angle is
approx the same as the angle in radians.
But the numbers are obviously the same.
Haven't thought about radians for many years! :-)
