ron, i've been wondering that same question for the
past year now..i don't know the answer, but if i had
to make one educated/non-educated guess, it'd be this:
perhaps it's the designation for what type of wheel
weight can be used to either stick along the inside of
the wheel or what weight to stamp along the
outside/inside edge of the rim itself..could it be, is
it she?, sacre bleu.. i've thought of it many times no
doubt.
