IMHO streetable is a car that is 100% street legal,
passes emissions tests, and isn't a pain (literally)
to drive. My car fits this. Its a mild CSP miata with
550 and 275 lb springs (f/r), and the bars, etc. It's
a little harsher ride, but still streetable IMHO.
