Hate to diasagree Phil, but your analogy assumes that there was no one of
any reasonable skill level driving in the other classes. I'm certain there
were decent drivers driving reasonably prepared cars in the other
classes... and I'm certain they would not want to be shunned as being
uncompetetive drivers as your analogy implies....
