Dude this is sooooooo easy.
(posting to the whole list in case there are others.)
When you get to Omaha, Ne. Take an exit on your right for
Bellvue/Highway 75. (Exit 447?) Once on Highway 75 you're two hours and
forty-five minutes or less from Forbes Field, which is also on Highway
75. As you enter Topeka there are brown State signs guiding you to
Heartland Park. The fist sign is just before the big-ass grain elevator.
Follow them and then just turn into Forbes Field instead of HPT.
North Platt is 4 hours-ish from Omaha. Omaha is directly north of
Topeka. Highway 75 between Omaha and Topeka is almost an AutoBahn. I've
done the trip 4+ times a year, for the last ten years and still have
only seen one a member of the law enforcement community. In the stock
Neon never been stopped, in the hot-rod 911 was stopped once for noise.
