Rex,
Neither is Denver in the center of the nation. My point is, that most
people don't realize how close to the center Alabama really is. Your
mileage numbers are from the Bay area, so a good deal of those extra
miles are because the office would be south as well as east of Denver.
However, Alabama is MUCH closer to the population center of this country
than either Denver or Topeka.
I don't see where the national office of SCCA has any bearing on where
Nationals is located. Kansas is just fine for me for that and I doubt
that would change with a national office move.
